Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Must pass a background check
- Current driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to follow direction and complete tasks effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Self-motivated and able to collaborate in a team environment
- Proficient in using computer applications and technology
- Ability to respond effectively to trauma and crises
- Experienced in managing challenging and confrontational behaviors.
- Knowledgeable in child development, abuse and neglect issues, and family custody dynamics
- Supervise and document on-site and virtual visits, exchanges, and telephone calls
- Provide transportation for clients to and from supervised visitation
- Uphold and implement all FVC policies and procedures
- Complete and review all required documentation
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to the ethical standards
- Maintain regular and clear communication with the FVC supervisor
- Ensure the facility meets FVC’s standards of cleanliness and orderliness
- Other duties as assigned
