    Job Description

    LifeQuest Talent Development Coordinator: Full Time Non-Exempt

    The Talent Development Coordinator will plan, implement, and maintain a comprehensive program of professional development for employees to enhance employee performance and ensure employees have the knowledge and skills necessary to provide person-centered support. The Talent Development Coordinator will support employee engagement, satisfaction, wellness, and other initiatives by organizing events, activities, and programs that promote a culture of learning and development. They will also assist with training and education for people with disabilities to enhance knowledge and skills to achieve their personal outcomes. 
     
    Bachelor’s Degree and one-year full time employment within the field of Developmental Disabilities, Human Services, Teaching or other applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Experience in talent development, training, or organizational development is beneficial. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design is preferred but not required. Belief in the dignity and advancement of people with developmental disabilities is important. Experience with a community based non-profit agency is beneficial but is not required.
     
    Typical hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  with occasional evenings or weekends as warranted.
